You know what I noticed today? not very good people skills.
Everyone online is busy selling you systems. Tools. Funnels. Templates. Programs that promise to do everything for you. That is the reason why businesses fail
And look, I get it. Systems are cool. They make things easier.
But when I go deeper, I don’t see what people actually need.
People skills.
The Truth about people skills and personal growth
Opportunities will come and go. That shiny new program? It’ll be replaced by another one next month.
But when you learn people skills, your life changes. Not just in business. Overall. With your friends. Your family. Your spouse. Your kids. Even your coworkers.
Because you understand where they’re coming from. You’re not playing the “I don’t know” game anymore. You become an expert in your more advanced YOU.
I hope this is making sense.
It took me a while to also to gain personal growth but I was there, consistent and always discovering new ways to become better.
You will always have the need to know how to talk to a prospect. You will always need to get leads for your business. You will always need duplication.
But here’s the real thing…
Our inner self is damaged. And it needs to be taken care of before you can even try to get those things you need for your business.
It Took Me Years to Get This
This is something that took me many years to really understand, even though it’s plain and simple.
Maybe that’s why it takes that long to get it. Because it’s right in front of you. But it’s too close to you. It’s not in your focus. Rather, it’s blurry.
And when you’re coming from greed or ego, you can’t see it.
That’s why we should always find someone who understands this. Our community is that someone.
There’s a Place for You Here
If you feel lonely in this vast internet world, we are a community.
This means we are able to help anyone who needs our help.
If you are working with a system, great. If you are working with a company promoting products and the opportunity, great.
We want you to have the knowledge. So when you apply the knowledge, you will be able to succeed.
Greed vs. Service
Greed and ego is about “what can I get from that person?”
Not “what can I do for that person?”
That’s why we like to coach people to Brand themselves first and provide value without expecting anything in return. Because people join people, not companies.
And people join people they know, like, and trust.
Before you find anyone, you have to ask the question: Have I already given value to this person? Or are they coming to you because of spillover or some other thing they see as shiny?
That is how it should be.
It’s about you impacting that person’s life with your value. Because you serve first. You create value. You brand yourself as a leader, letting others benefit from your knowledge. Even the competition.
That is what works.
But if you want to continue with those other things and expect duplication like that, you will see the consequences of a crumbling downline.
I’m Not a Guru
I know these words sound strong.
But I told you, this took me long to get it. To understand it.
I’m not saying I’m a guru or that I have made it to the top. Because it’s not about me.
It’s about how many people can I help. To help them grow. To help them become the person who deserves the best.
And for that, there is a price to pay. And it’s not with money.
You need to change if you want to have success.

Finding the Knowledge That Gives You Wings
I spoke on another blog about finding the knowledge that gives you wings. The ability to write more confidently. Staying original without the stress of what to write. Doing it when you are ready.
It’s awesome how everything started for me.
Words and inspiration flow at the right time. When you get those random ideas when you are doing anything else away from your laptop. That’s when you know.
I wasn’t desperate to write, even though this is our business. I just think that words and inspiration will flow at the right time. Like right now.
The Real Foundation
Before you can succeed in business, you need to grow as a person first.
You need to overcome fear, ego, and scarcity mindset. These will kill any business before it starts.
You need to become more to attract more.
And you can’t do this alone. You need community. You need mentorship from someone who teaches you HOW to think, not WHAT to think.
That’s the difference between programs you quit and businesses you build for life.
