A system that allowed entrepreneurs get in the best opportunity to succeed. A system that targeted frustrated distributors, because the patterns where the same. Gurus and people at the top were taking advantage of honest hard working distributors.
Fast forward many years later, that wave has passed and the Industry is still running strong. Many mlm companies are still in it for the success this industry can bring to the average person willing to give this a try. But at what cost?
The Mentoring was FREE
It was interesting how the system use to work. Everyone became part of a community and had all types of training calls to do a specific task, Target frustrated distributors.
There we're many frustrated distributors including me.
I took advantage of the FREE pass, I came to the calls day after day. Listened to the recordings and even downloaded many of them. They had trainings about marketing, promoting your landing pages, they had private videos etc… But there was one training that really caught my attention.
The books they wrote
The main Idea was, they never pushed anyone to join companies. Many people came here for the trainings and it was for sure all Free. What was the catch and how did this became so successful? The books and the knowledge in those books.
Let’s say you came in contact with one of the books. The process was: You came to a landing page (sales) page. The author wrote in a way like no one before, he had secrets that we’re not so secrets. He had joined 100 plus network marketing companies to understand why teams were falling apart.
He had answers, and before you could ask him. He would tell you all the problems you we’re going to encounter on your way to success. Meaning, who knows if you could ever get to success. Unless you followed a proven System and became part of that community.
Focus on the system
All you had to do is promote your links and bring people to get educated and let the system work it’s magic. Because the system was simple, those who got in got the best of it. You didn’t need to speak about your products to other distributors, just the system.
With that in mind it worked, many became part of something bigger than just an multi-level company. Mind that they never mentioned any companies unless it was necessary for training purposes. Other than that NO Company was mentioned.
Pillars for Success
They would talk about these pillars, if your company didn’t have these pillars you were in a bit of trouble. You needed to be part of a company with good enough pillars that will sustain your success. Otherwise you would be a gonner.
It all made sense, everything was all thought out. The knowledge was there and the one training that made all the difference in the marketing world of distributors. It was that training “The glue” that kept all the pieces of the system together.
Even though we were in a marketing company, they knew it wasn’t about sales. It was about people. And people skills. If you were there you’d know what that meant. We were all doing it wrong and here was this system showing us how to think and not what to think.
The Secret Revealed
Once a month they had this call, they would Teach about colors. It was the same subject but it was taught in a different way with different mentors. The topic colors is what called everyone’s attention. It was the knowledge we needed to understand people. Since this wasn’t a sales business anymore…
We had to replace that mentality with the new approach, Colors was based on personality types. When a person downloaded the book we had to promote, they left us their name and phone number. This people were distributors, we didn’t have to teach them about mlm stuff.
They were already sold on the Idea about mlm, all they needed to know was, what was in that book. This meant that they were hot leads. All we had to do was invite them to the FREE trainings and let the system teach them how bad they had it and how good their lives could be when you have a system.
Back to the Industry
The Industry was flawed, many of the 100 companies this mentor joined had problems. Others had it good and of course this mentor went with the good and the awesome. Your best choice was to be part of the awesome company chose by the mentor. If he knew you had it good, there was no need to change companies.
But if you we’re caught with a company with no pillars or a comp plan made to keep you away from success. You’d better make the right move for the sake of your success. I came out with that knowledge and kept it with me.
I’m back to this Industry, never thought there could be anything that would top that community. Until….. Today. I found this community with more than what you could ask for if you want to succeed. It’s like the train of success has made another stop, and those who want to get in are able to make this decision and run with it.
Knowledge is Power when Applied.
You are here today, about to get that knowledge. The system you’re in was made with decades of expertise in marketing. There is a big chance you’ll make it with this system. It’s proven and stands the test of time.
I’m here today because of this very system and more. You need a mentor we got you, I got you! I know how a system looks like, and the potential it has to give anyone the success they need. Session 1, session 2 and so on and so forth. It’s that simple, just follow the system.
