I Found My Passion. (And It Has Everything to Do With You)
My mentor asked me a question I wasn’t ready for.
“What is your passion?”
Simple question. And I froze.
Not because I didn’t have an answer. Because the real answer surprised even me. I had been carrying it for years. I just hadn’t stopped long enough to see it.
So today I’m going to tell you. Because if you’re reading this, there’s a reason why. And by the time you finish this page, you might just discover something about yourself too.
It Started With a Search
Like a lot of people, I had a dream. Work from home. Build something. Be free. That dream sent me down a lot of roads. Some offline. Some online. Some that cost me money I didn’t have.
Then I came across a mentor. His name is Michael Dlouhy.
What got my attention wasn’t just what he taught. It was how he gave it. Freely. No strings. Even to people who never joined his business. Even to what most people would call competition.

That means I’m self-contained. Indirect. A thinker, not a reactor. We Greens are wired that way from birth. It’s not a flaw. It’s how we’re built. And when I found that out, I stopped fighting myself.
My wife? Yellow. My daughter? Blue. Every color is different. Every color has its own way of seeing the world. And when you understand that — really understand it — you stop getting frustrated with people and start getting curious about them.
Now when my family gets together, we always end up talking about colors. Not because we have to. Because it’s become part of how we see each other. And it’s made us closer.

This Is a Superpower. Use It Right.
Here’s something I want to be honest with you about.

You cannot escape people. There will always be someone you need to talk to. A customer. A partner. A stranger who becomes a friend. Mind as well learn how to do it well — and be the bigger person in the room.
Once you get this, you get it. And it stays with you. Forever.
I’ve used this with people at my church. In business. With strangers I wanted to connect with. And I’ll tell you something important: this knowledge is powerful. That means it comes with responsibility. You don’t use it to manipulate. You don’t use it to take advantage. You use it to serve, to connect, and to build something real.
